SECTION 4 - CUSTOM PLUSH ORDERS

4.1 Custom Design Submissions

When you submit artwork or drawings for custom plush creation, you represent and warrant that:

•       You own all rights to the submitted artwork, OR

•       You have obtained all necessary permissions from the copyright holder

By submitting artwork, you grant Snuggle Treasures Co. LLC a non-exclusive license to reproduce the artwork solely for the purpose of creating your custom plush product.

4.2 Customer Responsibility

Snuggle Treasures Co. LLC is not responsible for any copyright infringement claims arising from customer-submitted artwork. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Snuggle Treasures Co. LLC from any such claims.

4.3 Custom Order Specifications

Due to the custom nature of these products:

•       Verify all submitted artwork and specifications before placing your order

•       Custom orders are manufactured specifically based on the information you provide

•       Custom orders cannot be returned or refunded due to customer specification errors

4.4 Optional Design Approval Process

During checkout, you may choose to receive progress photos before final production:

If you select the approval option:

•       We will send progress photos to your email during production

•       You have 48 hours to respond with any feedback or approval

•       If you do not respond within 48 hours, it will be considered automatic approval and we will proceed to complete and ship your custom plush

•       This ensures timely production while giving you the opportunity to review

If you do not select the approval option:

•       We will create your custom plush directly from the artwork you submitted

•       Your order will be produced and shipped without interim approval steps

•       This results in faster processing and delivery

Important: Regardless of which option you choose, custom plush orders are final and non-returnable once production is complete, except in cases of manufacturing defects.

SECTION 5 - PRICING AND PAYMENT

5.1 Pricing

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise specified.
