Pro tip: If you need your plush for a birthday, holiday, or special event, order EARLY! Sometimes packages get held up at customs or face carrier delays. Once your Snuggle Treasure ships out, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and a direct link to track your package. You can watch your new friend travel right to your doorstep!

If tracking isn't updating yet, don't panic – it sometimes takes 1-2 days for the carrier to register your package in their system. Your plushie is on its way! 🚚

Sometimes carriers experience delays due to weather, high volume, or other issues beyond our control. If your package hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe and tracking shows it's stuck, contact us after 60 days from your order date. We'll investigate with the carrier and work out a solution!

Our Mystery Box is a one-time surprise package – NOT a subscription! You choose the size of plushies you want, and we'll handpick a random assortment of adorable kawaii plushies just for you. It's a mystery until you open it!

Important: Mystery Boxes are non-refundable – part of the fun is the surprise, so we can't accept returns if you don't love what we picked. Think of it as a blind date with cuteness!

That's the mystery! We randomly select kawaii plushies for you based on the size you choose. Every box is different, so you might get different plushies than your friend. It's all part of the surprise and fun!

And nope – it's not a subscription. If you want another Mystery Box, just place a new order!

Snuggle Creations™ are our custom-made plushies created from YOUR artwork or drawings! Whether it's your child's drawing, your pet's photo, or your original character design, we'll bring it to life as a huggable, squeezable, adorable plush.

We offer two sizes:

• 16 inches (Standard)
• 30 inches (Supersize!)

Creating your unique Snuggle Creation™ takes time and love! Here's the timeline:

• Production: 2-4 weeks (we're handcrafting YOUR specific design)
• Processing & Packaging: 1-3 business days
• Shipping: 5-10 business days

Total: 3-6 weeks from order to cuddles

Complex designs might need a little extra time – we'll let you know if that's the case!

When you order a Snuggle Creation™, you can choose to receive progress photos during production!

If you select Sneak Peek:

• We'll email you photos of your plush during creation
• You have 48 hours to respond with feedback or approval
• No response = automatic approval (we'll finish and ship it!)

If you skip the Sneak Peek:

• We'll create your plush based on your artwork and ship it out
• Faster turnaround, no waiting for approvals!

Either way, custom orders are final once production is complete (except for manufacturing defects). So choose wisely!

Custom plushies are non-returnable and non-refundable because they're made specifically for YOU and can't be resold. We can only accept returns for:

Absolutely! There's no such thing as a "bad" drawing in our book. If your kiddo draws a purple blob with seven legs and calls it a dinosaur, we think that's the most MAGICAL dinosaur ever! 🦕💜

That blobby masterpiece will become a precious memory you'll treasure forever. We'll bring it to life exactly as they imagined it!

Unfortunately, we cannot create plushies of trademarked or copyrighted characters (like Mickey Mouse, Pokémon, Marvel characters, etc.) or celebrities without proper licensing.

BUT! If you draw your own character that's inspired by your favorite character, we can absolutely bring that to life! It just needs to be YOUR original artwork, not a direct copy of copyrighted material.

Need help? There are talented artists on platforms like Fiverr who can create original artwork inspired by your favorite characters for around $5-$20!

Yes! We'd love to bring your beloved childhood toy back to life. This makes an amazing gift for someone whose cherished plushie is no longer with them.

Custom plushies are non-returnable unless there's a manufacturing defect or our production error. Minor variations between artwork and the final plush are normal for handmade items and aren't grounds for return.

Absolutely! Exchanges are fee-free (no restocking fee!) and we cover return shipping for equal or higher-value exchanges.

Yes! Here's how to keep your Snuggle Treasure clean and cuddly:

For Standard Kawaii Plushies:

1. Use the gentlest cycle on your washing machine
2. Wash in cold to warm water (max 40°C) with mild detergent
3. Place plushie in a mesh laundry bag or duvet cover
4. Air-dry only – no tumble dryer!
5. Optional: Use a hairdryer on low heat to fluff up the fur once mostly dry

Pro tip: Hand washing in cold water is the best way to preserve softness and cuddliness for as long as possible!

For Custom Plushies (Snuggle Creations™):
Spot clean only and let air dry. These handmade treasures are more delicate!

All our plushies are filled with 100% premium PP cotton for ultimate softness and squishiness! The outer shell is made of hypoallergenic super-soft plush fabric. You won't want to stop hugging them! 🤗

Totally normal! Some of our plushies are HUGE, so we vacuum-pack them for shipping (otherwise they wouldn't fit!).

The wrinkles and lumps will ease out naturally after a few days. Give your plushie a good shake and pat down to help the filling redistribute. Within a week or two, it'll be perfectly fluffy!

Great question! There's no "wrong" size – it's all about your preference.

Pro tip: Bigger sizes are definitely more satisfying to cuddle! Before ordering, try to visualize how big the plush will be in real life. Check the measurements in the product description and compare it to something in your home (like a pillow or stuffed animal you already have).
