Processing Time: 1-3 business days
• Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation
• Processing time does NOT include shipping time

• You have 48 hours to respond to progress photos (no response = automatic approval)

If your parcel is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it:

• Your package may arrive within the next 1-2 business days

Step 2: Check Thoroughly
• All entrances, porches, and side doors

Important: Early reporting helps us investigate more effectively with the carrier. While we accept reports up to 15 days after delivery, contacting us within 48-72 hours gives us the best chance to locate your package quickly.
Investigation Timeline
Report missing parcels within 15 days of your parcel being marked as delivered.
• Investigating your parcel beyond this timeframe may be challenging for the postal service
• We may be unable to offer a complimentary reshipment or refund if you contact us after 15 days
• Early reporting helps us resolve the issue faster
Resolution
After investigating with the shipping carrier, we will offer one of the following:
• Option 1: Send a free replacement (one-time courtesy for uninsured orders)
• Option 2: Issue a full refund
• Option 3: Provide store credit for a future purchase
The resolution option depends on: results of the carrier investigation, product availability, and your preference.
Delayed Parcels

Damaged Packaging Upon Arrival
If your package arrives with damaged external packaging:
• Take photos of the damaged packaging before opening
• Inspect the contents carefully for any damage
• If the product is damaged, follow the process in our Refund and Return Policy
• Report damage within 14 days of delivery
We will:
• Provide a replacement at no cost (if damage is due to shipping)
• Investigate with the carrier
• File a claim on your behalf
