Important: Early reporting helps us investigate more effectively with the carrier. While we accept reports up to 15 days after delivery, contacting us within 48-72 hours gives us the best chance to locate your package quickly.

Report missing parcels within 15 days of your parcel being marked as delivered.

Investigating your parcel beyond this timeframe may be challenging for the postal service

We may be unable to offer a complimentary reshipment or refund if you contact us after 15 days

Early reporting helps us resolve the issue faster

Resolution

After investigating with the shipping carrier, we will offer one of the following:

Option 1: Send a free replacement (one-time courtesy for uninsured orders)
